Not a place for toddlers my child was subject to one small area out of the entire park and there was no children for her to play with she had to sit and watch a dozen of kids bouncing and running around and she couldn't play with anyone. I wasn't even allowed to hold her and jump or even sit on the side by her. She wasn't allowed to play with a ball nor was she allowed to play in foam pit. Not to mention, I've been to several different indoor trampoline parks in the country and this one is by far the most expensive and strict with rules. I've never been told I couldn't hold my child and bounce nor there was a foam pit she could crawl in until we came here. Needless to say, my child cried on her birthday and we were ripped off. The manager is a issue her with how she explained things to me in the beginning and yet allowed this bad experience to happen. Thanks for hurting my sweet baby.
Check out Free Fall Trampoline Park if you can handle the drive. It's 10x better than this place. Sky Zone Lancaster is filled with tons of extra rules, and "upgrades" that they make you buy. Like the rock climbing is extra. Other places you go to, everything's included. Way more fun!
My daughter has taken my grandson a friend & myself to Sky Zone twice now & we just have the best time. It's very family oriented & kid friendly. We will definitely go back.
A lot of fun. Very clean. My daughter loved playing for toddler time. I would like to come back one day and rock climb sometime.
Normally I love skyzone. This timw prior to my child's party, not only did they mess us the time which the party was going to be held, but also the type. When we go to the party room, not only did they not have the extra pizza or the veggie tray which I ordered, but the order was never transferred over, despite assurances tjat it had been. It is clean and the kids had fun, but I was disappointed in the party reservations.
