Poor poor poor poor Service- went there with my kids today - to use their summer reading coupons - they had no exp. Date- the lady in charge tried to tell us they are no longer valid - my husband then told her we will go some place else - then she tried to place the blame on him and said you don't have to act like that when he was just stating a fact- also they had 1.00 boweling advertised playing on their screen -as valid today & they also said they would not honer that because it was columbus day-poor very bad management- will not be going back ever- I see on here by reviews other people had problems using their library coupons- they management had an excuse for everything - of why they couldn't honer what they advertised - we call this false advertising
The new set up is pretty sweet. But not as many lanes. Had to wait a few minutes to get to play
Went on Thursday night for their Quartermania special. Great deal for our party of 7. Less than $40 for two games which included shoes rental. The remodeling of the place definitely made it looked more updated and modern in comparison to before. Only wish that we had lane bumper control from the control panel directly instead of contacting a staff member. But it was understandable since their lane bumpers are manually raised/lowered in comparison to another bowling alley where you can have it raised/lowered automatically for each player in the same lane.
Amazing updo on the old place. Great food at the snack bar once I realized where it was, should have a person there to help when need something. Nice looking bar with a restaurant too. Fun at laser tag and fun themed. $7 for one game and arcade needs to have a card to play and most are a $1 to play. I will stick to bowling and food next time.
