I then took the car to my local mechanic, who inspected the car for much longer than they did and found that all the leaks they claimed the car had were non existent.

I am very pleased with level of professionalism and courtesy I have experienced from everyone I interacted with at Faulkner BMW. From the moment I drove my car into to the drop-off service bay, I experienced a well organized service team. Jesse, the service representative I dealt with, is excellent to work with, he took the time to review the scheduled service with me and to answer my questions.

They should not have my car on a lift when I bring it in to replace the airbag, and they should NOT claim I need to replace something brand new when they could have not possibly confirmed it needed to be replaced in the very short time they had the car!

I guess they have to pay for those airbags somehow....

I had my 2011 335xi In for service regarding a safety recall. Faulkner BMW put me in a 5 series courtesy car which was very nice. I also got a free wash and vacuum! Excellent service

I had my car in for the airbag recall, the car was in their shop for 25 minutes exactly and it came out with a new airbag and a list of things they claimed were wrong with the car totaling over $5,100. One of the things they claimed had to be replaced (for over a thousand dollars), had just been replaced when I purchased the car a few months ago. We pointed that out to them and they claimed that they had to take apart the engine to confirm this had to be replaced. So then how did they come to the conclusion in the first place that it had to be replaced?? (Especially in the just 25 minutes they had the car in their shop).

Overall, a very good experience and was pleased with the service performed on my vehicle.

I would NOT take my car to these people for any kind of mechanical work! They tried to get me to pay over $5,100 to fix a non-existent problem which I never asked them to check for, and which I doubt they actually checked!

Honest, reliable, no games purchasing experience. From start to finish the priority was me as the client. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I love my car too, thanks to the appointment with a certified BMW genius, I understand every part of my vehicles functionality. This dealership earns their business and doesn't expect it!

Faulkner notified me that they received an alert for my car plus it needed to be serviced. They picked the car up at my home and left a new loaner for me to drive. I really love having Valet service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I called into the dealership to schedule the appointment. Great Service!

They also claimed a number of other things had to be replaced involving an oil leak.
