Although they totally disappointed by assuring me I would get two specific vehicles and I got something completely, they worked with me so I could get the vehicle I desired.

Getting bacl home to see my family wasnt hard to do. When it came time for me to go back to my home (we reserved the car 2 weeks prior) and we went to go get the car the lady at the front said that they didnt have our car and that it was still in mechanicsburg. On top of that the lady at the counter threw my dad an attitude when he expressed his disapointment, he talked with the manager and the manager was qouted as saying "we cannot control the type of cars we get" when on their website they give you choices. This is not a great and is a very disapointing representation of a rental service. Bad customer service, illegitimate manager who doesnt know what they are doing. I wouldnt rent from these guy
