I paid for the best outside wash, and was left with lots of missed areas across my hood, roof, and trunk lid. Their tire scrubber always leaves a black scuff mark on my passenger side too. ( Lane one)
I wish this place did a little better job, my wife's car is white and looks great after a wash, my black SUV does not look as good. In general darker color cars need more attention than lighter color cars. The blow dryer does not dry the car 100 percent and on a black or dark color car will leave water spots and looks bad after a wash when the car is air dried. Im going to try to get the towel dry on my next visit and I will update this review and let you know how it turns out.
Very pricey for the quality of work that you get. Exterior is always good, interior is fair. Employees are very nice.
I went for the exterior wash number 1 and interior wash for $28. I am overall pleased with the job they did for the price. Workers were very friendly and my car had a lot of dog hair and sand in it which they did a pretty good job of getting out in the quick time it took for the wash. It's definitely not a "detail" type job but I wouldn't expect that for the price. I'm sure if you pay for the detailing it is a much more thorough cleaning. The waiting room is an elaborate gift shop including free coffee soda and popcorn which is a nice bonus!
If you care about your car’s paint I suggest you not bring it here. I recently bought a brand new car here to get a full service wash and interior clean. They tell you that the brushes are soft and do not scratch or damage your car. That is an out and out lie. After the car was completed I noticed a dime sized chip on my passenger side door handle which I know for a fact was not there prior to getting it washed.
