I came here after my doctor from another practice left. Now, I'm leaving your practice because you clearly don't give a rat's ass about a patients concerns and requests. Good riddens!
Overall receptionits are nice and place is clean. I was there for my prenatal visits and one of the staff members (who I had a few times) doing my ultrasound was really discriminating to my husband. The others were very well mannered and professional.
Some staff is great. “Some” few and far between. I’ve had receptionist roll their eyes at me. I’ve waited from 3:30 to 8pm for appt and being over an hour late for one. Most doctors have no hope and go by the numbers and book. Your literally just another patient there unless your lucky and find that one doctor that you click with.
No one listened to me about last baby I had and he was born premature. This go around. I’m looking around for other doctors. The offices are nice, check in is easy, and has potential to be the greatest place. It’s really convenient but The staff needs improving. If people annoy you so much, why did you get into such a profession and one that deals with a lot of pregnant women.
I wish I could also give 0 stars. This is my 3rd pregnancy, but first in PA. I relocated from Florida and if I wasn't so late in my pregnancy with insurance issues, I would have gotten out of here so fast. The only good thing about this place is you are in and out in about 15 min time. The worst thing about this place is everything else. I have had so much depression with this pregnancy due to this place. You see a different person every time you go so you have no idea who is who and they have no idea who you are. The doctor who delivers your baby you literally meet in and out prior to him surgically removing the baby. They don't do any ultrasounds after 20 weeks, sooooooooo you're telling me you could care less how big the baby is and I can't even see my little bundle until he comes out. Woohoo! So much to look forward to..smh! Lastly, they don't do any checks on you once your weekly appointments begin at 36 weeks, did I mention you don't get a 36 week ultrasound appointment? What is the purpose of you making me go in weekly to see how much I weigh and check my blood pressure???? Oh yeah, so you can bill insurance. They literally told me they will not do an exam on me because it doesn't matter whether I am 1 cm dialated or 5 cm; when you're body is ready it will go into labor so call us when you do. Pretty much the most depressing pregnancy of my 3. If I have another child I will run so far from this place!!!!
The most unprofessional staff I have ever been in the presence of. They act like they are interested in your concerns but immediately shoot down any requests, because clearly you can't possibly know more about your own body than someone who learned their job from books. 0 compassion for patients and the snarky attitudes from doctors is completely unethical! Also, you might want to retrain some of your staff on how to speak to patients who call in, because giggling on the phone when a customer says they don't recall who left them a voicemail, and blatantly treating the patient as though they are OBVIOUSLY beneath the person in your office is the most unprofessional manner for any job, let alone a doctors office.
I had an endoscopy to remove cysts on my ovaries. I had no cysts on my ovaries. Instead I had severe endometriosis and needed a hysterectomy. I was not feeling well after this procedure and expressed concern. It turned out bleeding internally. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks and was near death. I was single mother with 2 children. There was no compassion by the doctor who preformed this procedure.
