Jamie explained everything in language that was easy to understand while being personable and professional. I have had an inspection plan with One Hour for about 8 years and have enjoyed the peace of mind that my home is safe. I would highly recommend Mister Sparky Electric and their affiliated companies to everyone. While they are not the cheapest for their prices in repairs their work is good quality and I have never had any problem with any service men who have come into my home.

Fixed the wiring error that was keeping our thermostat from coming on. Checked our entire electrical box to be sure there were no other problems. Jamie was thorough, courteous, and very helpful. Answered a number of questions that I had about how best to regulate our thermostat and heat output on our enclosed porch.
