We have always had a great experience at Wolf's Furniture. We took our children to the play area while we looked around and made our purchase. The salesman was not pushy at all. We knew what we wanted and can not wait to get it when it comes in. There is a bit of a wait for it to be shipped. That was a little disappointing. Everything else was great, as expected from past purchases.
The salesman John was very professional . Let us look without following us around. Was there to answer questions when needed . Very nice furniture to choose from. Would consider buying more furniture in the future.
Our sales person Amber was very polite and helpful. She left us look around on our own, but was very handy if we had any questions. We had purchased furniture from Wolf 14 years ago with Nita and will for sure be back again in hopes to have Amber again :-) All our pieces came under our budget with 3yrs interest free financing.
We had a great shopping experience. A little pushy, but we are happy with our purchase. However, I must add that once you pay you are no longer a VIP. The phone customer service at this location is very lacking. I have not yet received my items and cannot be given update (one month after purchasing). I called a different store by accident and they were much more helpful even though I didn't purchase from their store.
I have had mixed experiences here. The sales staff is friendly and not pushy. However when we had an issue with a delivery they were not willing to work to solve the problem. My initial call to the store was not returned. Upon calling back, I was told "We're too busy to help you now". After that I drove the 2 minutes from my home to the store only to find approximately 5 cars in the parking lot, and multiple employees milling about the sales floor, not engaged with customers. It ended up taking a month to resolve the issue. I will not shop there again, and I don't recommend anyone else shop there either.
