From our first meeting with our salesman Brad, to our final inspection of the job, it was a wonderful experience. The office staff (Renee) and the construction workers (Bill) were always available for questions and concerns about our three season room addition. Bill and Jack worked through some incredible heat and never wavered from completing the beautiful job they did. Each evening the job was cleaned up thoroughly. I would not hesitate to use Zephyr in the future and highly recommend them.
We're thrilled with our bathroom remodel. We had our old whirlpool/jacuzzi taken out and an amazing beautiful walk in shower put in it's place. Bill and Jack did a wonderful job...from the removal of the tile, tub and old shower to building the shower and a closet, and the tile work was outstanding. We recommend them highly!
Had to remove a cracked window and replace above the entrance to our home. Very nice work and no mess left behind. Daryel was professional and timely in making estimate, and Brian & Thomas did great job in the install. Looks great! Nice work!
This is the second project we've had Zephyr Thomas Home Improvement do for us. Both times—excellent! Their workmanship is impeccable and they stand behind their work. Our second project, I wanted to surprise my husband with a new front entry door. I worked with Daryel, Renee and our installers Thomas and Brian to make this all happen. It was great! Thank you!!!
