My wife, again, got a not so good Perm at the Palmyra Wal-Mart, Thursday. For $50, should last more than 3 days. The cut was not good and she ruined it by putting conditioner on it. Understand that is a no-no. Guess she had to sign paper, that they are not responsible for a bad perm. What the hell kind of crap is that?? You can bet that all of our friends & relatives in the whole area knows about it.
Went to this salon twice, two too many mistakes. Stay away. I got a lot of attitude and two very bad hair cuts.
