NO stains removed still smells really bad. I called back 4 times, they refuse to send someone out to redo it. Wont return phone calls.. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS POOR COMPANY
We recently hired Spotless Cleaning to come to our rental home for a one time "deep-clean" between tenants. The only thing they cleaned out was our wallet!! There was very little work to be done - kitchen, bathroom, and a quick mop. They did not clean any of the counters, left the stovetop covered in dirt and grease, and the floors were a mess. They also billed us for 4 hours when the person only stayed for 1 1/2 (as our property manager was checking in). We called to ask them to correct it, and they would not return our calls. So much for a GUARANTEED service!!
Decent Work for Reasonable Price. If you don't mind moving your furniture and doing the vacuuming, their price reflects that. Good not thorough, reasonable because you do a lot of your own work. I have tried all services over the years from Chem-dry to the others, their service and work was satisfactory. After the initial cleaning, many spots still remained, however they have an after spot solution that works wonders. If you work together with them, you get the job done right. Yes I will use them again, just wished they would put the furniture back with carpet protectors underneath.
My rugs are anything but spotless!! Complete waste of money! I think more spots were left on my carpets.... horrible!!! Never again!
I was surprised how nice my carpet looked. I moved my own furniture but the price was half what I usually paid. I will use them again.
