used to like coming here now it’s horrible and filled with the most ghetto and rude staff ever, and their tacos are cold and soggy, it just sucks. i’d rather drive 30 minutes to a totally different taco bell, never coming here again.

UNPROFESIONAL, NON CARING STAFF...
GO TO ANY OTHER TACO BELL. I ordered online for pick-up at this location. I arrived and checked in. I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes (after a 20 minute drive to the location). My order was never made and it was only discovered after the drive-through worker noticed me standing around for a long time. There was then a confrontation between an aggressive army vet and the manager that left me VERY uncomfortable and feeling unsafe. Additionally, after this visit, the card I used to pay was compromised as someone tried to use it to purchase almost $1000 of merchandise at a Family Dollar. I know Taco Bell is delicious, but we all need to avoid horrible locations like this.
Service at a glacier pace is very typical here. Tonight's order was 2 crunch wraps and 1 powerbowl. 3 people in line. 29 minutes and lots of drama until I got my order. One man stood for 10 minutes before he asked, "Do you take orders around here?"
You will always wait 20-30 minutes for the drive through regardless of time of day or day of the week. Honestly the slowest Taco Bell in existence. I could walk to Mexico from Pennsylvania and get tacos faster than this place takes to complete an order. Never any apology for the delay or compensation for your time. Literally any Taco Bell is better.
