Place is rundown and the stairwells are filthy dirty. Close to the courthouse, though.
If there is no attendant there, you have to use the automated machine to get out of the garage & if you are in a car, the reach is absolutely rediculous. You can dislocate a shoulder getting out of here.

Convenient parking garage when I need to go to downtown. Very limited on where you can exit, but I usually am going east so it works for me.
