Friendly atmosphere, great staff. Wait time with an appointment was mediocre.
The wait times are no joke. I arrived at 9:22am for a drug test and physical, I did not leave the building until 11:30 or so. It was a Monday so take that into account. Tues-thurs it might not be such a long wait but I cannot say for sure since it was my first time there. Most of the staff were friendly all except the male that was at patient check out(didn't catch his name) my papers were right there on the counter and I was good to go but he rudely told me to have a seat while he sat there and messed around on his personal phone. About 5 minutes or so later he picked up the papers and told me I was good to go.
It was busy when I came in but the wait wasn’t too terrible. Everyone at the front desk was very knowledgeable of procedures and worked efficiently to get me checked in. The nursing staff and physician I dealt with were all incredibly personable, friendly, and thorough and really were concerned about the wellbeing of their patients. I was really happy with the experience.

I went to get a tb testing & the lady at the front desk was very fast & knowledgeable about her job she did a great job with all the paperwork. I even asked her how long she’s been working there because she was so fast and efficient. She’s been there for 8 YEARS. Great customer service !!!
