Police department is a joke reported my vehicle stolen in total cost me almost 1000 to get my vehicle bavk because they left outside window open in the rain all weekend then tell me it is an unfortunate set of circumstamces because no one there can drive a manual vehicle what a joke

in 2009 the Lancaster City PD sent a swat van and swat team to question me in regards to a burglary that occurred on my street, i was intentionally intimidated into seizures by the responding officers who clearly hoped to terrorize me into committing an actual offense.. on new years 2011 i called 911 and was routed to Lancaster City police and told them i was being held handcuffed to a pole in a basement against my will by Holly J Frantz. I was left in their captivity the entire night. after calling the police i was trapped for the entire night with the same people that had beat and raped me at another residence in october 2010 on N Shippen st.
