If I could give no stars I would. I submitted an application and had to pay $50 before I was even offered to view the rental apartment. After submitting my application Jesse hounded me calling me three times one night and emailing me twice. I emailed back and set an appointment up at 5:30 on a Saturday. Hes the one who said the 5:30 would work. I live about 3 hours from the area I am moving to so I rely on being able to see the neighborhood and the apartment before I actually sign a lease especially when it would be over $800 a month. He emailed me telling me we would have to move the appointment up almost three hours early complaining he did not want to wait around to show someone the apartment because he "only makes $50". After receiving this rude email I promptly emailed back we would not be able to move the appointment up due to the fact I had others lined up and frankly I thought it was rude. Jesse then harassed me with three more emails saying how crappy it was and uncalled for it was for me to want to look at the building in person before signing a lease and "how hard it is to please everyone". He also kept mentioning just how much money he makes off of renting and how many other applicants were on the apartment. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their clients GO ELSEWHERE. He can't even stick with appointments HE set.
Great realtor. Works really hard to sell your home. For buying after we stated what we wanted in a home and looked ourselves to find homes he would check them out. If we found homes last minute his nice office ladies came out to help us see the home. Great for 1st time buyer and very busy worker.
If you need someone to baby you along to find homes and want to see everything it may take longer due to so many people wanting to work with Jesse.
