I am completely disgusted by the customer service I just received at Next to New. We purchased a piece of furniture last week and specifically asked if it could be picked up the next week prior to paying. We were told no problem, we had 7 days to pick it up. On the morning of the 5th day they called and asked us if we could get it any sooner, we said we thought we could. Unfortunately an unavoidable emergency came up and we told them we couldn't get it until the next day (day 6). We were told that our couch was already outside and there was absolutely no way it could be moved back inside. We said we were sorry, we couldn't possibly get there until after 9 pm that day... and then were told that was fine, our $950 couch could stay outside (at a closed store??) until 9 pm. This was our 3rd major purchase at this store within the last year but it will be our last. I've never felt more like a pile of money & less like a valued customer.
Beautiful assortment of quality home goods...furniture, china, lamps. Went looking for a decorative wall mirror and made an astounding buy!

My wife and I stumbled upon this store. It’s rare to find one of these stores that has nice furniture, at a reasonable price. Everything was staged and organized, too. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ended up leaving with a beautiful cherry sideboard.
Nice selection and great prices. Help was exelent. Wife won't take me any more because I let her have her way.
