I go there all the time. Usually less crowded than the Giant on Centerville, yet MUCH better quality than other nearby Weis markets! (Columbia) Their kids cookie club is the highlight for my daughter... It's a free big cookie every time they go, plus a punch on their card to get a free doughnut on their 10th(?) trip. Keeps em content for a while of quiet shopping!!
Staff was very kind and helpful to my 90 gear old grandma, which I really appreciate. She loves to do her shopping here since it's close to her house!
Watch your tally as your things are rung up and know your advertised sale prices; this is 2nd time in 3 visits I did not get the advertised sale price. 1st time I had 4 items and I was overcharged just .50 but the 2nd time I had 6 items and the amount I overpaid was $1. Glad I did not have a whole grocery cart full. When I called the store to notify I was put on hold then my call was dropped. I called back and the girl told me to just come back in with my receipt and they would check it against the sales flier. No assurances that they would correct it in the computer for subsequent customers nor any apologies for the inconvenience.
Had to ask to get another cashier to open up. Only had 2 on and one was going on break. Self scan supervisor quickly took care of me. Glad I asked. Would have waited too long in other line.
Overall the store is decent and the 4 different employees I interacted with were very pleasant. I wasn't impressed with the selection of meats at the deli counter and the bathrooms were far from clean. I normally shop at Giant but I recently moved and with both stores close by I figured I'd give them a try.
