It's been a while since I used them, but I was reminded that one time I had them purchase 4 separate train tickets for 4 members of my travel party (we were all leaving from Lancaster to PHL but at different times) and unbeknownst to me they charged $50 per itinerary (i.e., per ticket!). That's $50 to make a single train reservation with Amtrak and print a receipt. Compared to the cost of the tickets, this was a more than 100% markup. My complaints on the phone to them about this fell on deaf ears. Fortunately for me, my institution was paying for it, but still, what a racket.
