I could not be happier with my experience with this dental office. I was amazed by how well Dr. Aaron Miller handled my son, who is extremely shy and not a fan of having his mouth checked. They were able to get us in at the last minute too, which was extremely helpful!! Thank you for an excellent experience for my son!
to the dentist! We even saw him at the Lititz Airport Air Show and he went out of his way to come over, get down to the kids' level, do a magic trick and give them a prize. On top of that he's just agreat dentist. If there is a better pediatric dentist out there kudos to them because Dr. Miller is tough to beat. HGHLY recommend.

My kids have seen Dr. Aaron from the beginning and I couldn't imagine having this kind of care and thoroughness anywhere else. My daughter has had a rough road, dental wise, and Dr. Aaron and his staff have worked diligently to make sure she gets the best care. Her treatment plan is not general or "genetic". It's truly unique for her.
Our kids love going here to see Dr. Aaron! Going to the dentist for a child can be a little intimidating, but not at Kid's Cowboy Pediatric Dentistry! They are professional and knowledgeable for sure....... but they are also they are fun, goofy and exciting! When the kids come back from seeing Dr. Aaron they always have a story to tell me how great it was, and show me some new little trinket they received. We are very happy with their knowledge and customer service too! My wife and I would highly recommend taking your kids here!
This is an amazing dental practice. Kids love it, and I always get a chuckle out of the dentists' sense of humor. They are just awesome with kids and they have little tricks to make it all painless. Our kids love going to the cowboy dentist.
