The service I received was excellent in my opinion. I left a detailed message for them to call me back & the they called back the very same day. When I went into the office to fill out paperwork the visit was quick & I was very pleased. I was to leave the paperwork there & wait for a phone interview & amazingly they called me for the interview 2 hours after leaving the office. Now that's what I call efficient
If possible I would give a negative rating... They just don't care!!. Everyone wants a job but no one wants to work. How are y'all still backed up for Thanksgiving and it's Dec 5th like I'm convinced y'all ain't working. And then got the nerve to have an attitude all of them just nasty ass people who seem to feel entitled to their attitudes. Im not interested in your work load or your excuses I don't get to provide one at work so who the hell do y'all think y'all are. Pathetic and shame on yall
Lady at front desk was fairly rude however when called back to the little cubicle area lady who helped me was very very nice and resourceful
The lady I spoke with was incredibly rude and very condescending. You would think they would hire people with better communication skills but apparently that is not the case.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Apparently the lady that saw didn't know what to tell me as per her words. I understand they may deal with a great amount of people that give them attitude but it was not appropriate nor appreciated. I was in being I'm in desperate need of medical insurance. I need heart surgery and it looks like it won't be any time soon now.
