I was attempting to read the Prothonotary's Rules for Electronic Filing which took me off site and produced an error message. It makes it very difficult when the links do not work. Possibly it would improve the experience to constantly test the links to make sure they continue to work as advertised.
My office has placed 4 phone calls in the last two days and have not been able to speak to a live person, they have left two voicemail messages and received no call back. I simply want to order a certified copy of the last order issued by the State of Pennsylvania for one of my clients here in Texas. This is terribly unprofessional.
Went in to get my passport renewed. Significantly easier to get the whole process completed than the post office is to just get an appointment.
Dear Lisa @ the Divorce division of the Lancaster Prothonotary's Office, are you dead? Why is it that every time I call there for information, I get your voice mail, I leave a message, and you never call me back. I just want my damn divorce to be final, but no one wants to help me. So does that mean after 2 years which will be January 13th of this coming year, and I no longer have a need for your offices or your services, that you will be issuing me a refund? Please be worthy of your paycheck, I am a tax payer therefore I contribute to it. When people call you, it isn't for fun. Do your job. Return Calls.
