Went in two other people were there. The first guy didn't have an appointment and the officer was going to let him in but I had to make an appointment. First time I was there I didn't need an appointment. Reall wasted my time going there. All I need is a pin number and I have to make an appointment. Super pissed.
Arrived at 4:00pm to have a copy of my tax transcript printed. There was one other person there waiting. Two customer service reps were helping people. They both finished working with those customers at 4:10pm. The first rep took the other customer that was there waiting. The second rep, when asked if he would be helping me said "No, tell her to come tomorrow". I have to work so I obviously won't be returning. According to the website they are open until 4:30pm. Shouldn't that mean that you take any customer that arrives before closing time, just like every other place!
