My experience was less than stellar. I came to the area out of state which was known upfront. I delivered all of my tax documents on time. I was given a time frame when my taxes should be done. My taxes were completed 2 weeks after the deadline (I had to follow up they didn't). Also this company missed deductions to my rentals (which I provided receipts), and could not/did not complete they city taxes for my previous residence. The overall charge was $400.00 for taxes preparation that ended up two weeks late, incorrect (the missed deductions) and incomplete (didn't complete the city taxes). I hope others have better luck
I posted a negative review on this company and soon after got a call from Doug. He efficiently straightened out everything for us and wrapped up everything nicely. He apologized for our experience, discounted us and was thorough in making sure everything was righted.
They stand by their work and it's nice to see that they go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied.
Doug was wonderful to work with! He took his time explaining all the basics to us in regards to our business taxes and answered all of our questions! He definitely took the stress out of filing! We are so thankful to have him as our accountant!
