Once this place accepts you as a patient, you're good to go. You might need to wait a month or two to be seen if you're a first time patient, but that's life. Calling any of the locations is frustrating. The place seems to be short staffed. Leave a message and keep your phone nearby. They will call you back within a few days. If you are an existing patient and have a minor emergency and need to be seen that day, call as early as possible. They usually try to squeeze you in that same day. Two summers ago I needed a tick removed from my leg and got an appointment only an hour after I called the Arch street location early in the morning.
The system of communication is horrendous: left multiple voicemails which went unreturned; impossible to get ahold of our healthcare provider directly; lab orders sent out incorrectly; and after about 20+ calls trying to reach a human voice on the automated system, I am very frustrated. This is normal business hours.
