Good food and service. Lots of choices. Definitley recommend call ahead seating. This place gets very busy. Parking isn't the greatest.
Everything was great I took one star away for their pickles the burger was juicy and cooked correctly the service was very good in fact outstanding keeping my drink. Full at all times nice atmosphere back to the pickles they had too much garlic and pepper I am looking forward to going back next order will be with no pickles and everything will be a five-star experience
Pretty decent for a chain restaurant. The prices aren't bad and the have a great selection of food. Chicken, ribs, seafood, burgers, steak etc. While I was there I got the chicken fajitas. It came out sizzling. They were pretty good but for my taste I wish it would have had a little more seasoning. It came with rice, peppers, onions and all the fixings on the side. I also go the Texas cheese fries which were also good. They come with bacon, cheese, jalapenos, and onions. All in all it was a pretty decent experience.
I give 3 stars because it's truly a hit or miss here. Half the staff is great and the other half is just not. The last time I was here we were brought the wrong food, and by the time our server came back to check on us we were over it enough to just eat it anyway. We let her know and she didn't really do anything but repeatedly ask If we wanted extra toppings etc. We had this server before and she is always the same, careless, forgetting items, comes to the table just to rush and grab things and walk away. (Dark hair name I believe she has braces) Even towards the end when asking for a box we watched her stand at the one computer, but looking around at all the tables walked away and went back to the same spot still not bringing us a box nor taking anyone else anything.. she passed our table and made eye contact with me and she stopped in her tracks and turned around abruptly to go grab a box and brought it back. Then she asked if we wanted dessert after we were already all packed up and paid over 15 minutes before. The food is good, but service is usually poor. I've ordered to go orders over time and usually always an item is forgotten or messed up. Overall I do love chili's but it's clear some things need to change for them to definitely get 5 stars from me.
My food was barely mediocre. I know, it's a chain, but they have gotten progressively worse over the years. I was pretty excited for chicken fajitas. Big mistake- there was a piece of moldy cheese in the shredded cheese; the chicken tasted like the over-processed chicken strips you get from a salad bar; I was given flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas (I'd consider overlooking that, but: my flour tortillas were served warm and wrapped in foil. The corn tortillas were served unwrapped on a bread plate; all of them were cracked. It was almost like they gave me leftover tortillas.) My husband's burger was overdone and dry. The best part of the burger was the pickles (which should NEVER be the best part of a burger). The waitress was pretty awesome though.
