I brought my 4 year old, she had lots of fun. Great pizza, and new games. I'm happy to say that they got rid of the ball pit.
Also I feel like the employees are very young and treat their employment at this location as a hang out instead of a professional employment environment.
Where's chuck e cheese anyway?? We haven't seen him in months!
Price is awesome but damn......some mechanisms ends mad quick.
My son and I go here so much that everyone recognises us when we come in the door so when I give this review, understand its not a one time thing! Please feel free to review cameras. This goes on right beside the registers! There's a computer right beside the far left register and I find it absord.
Omg I can't say enough great things about this location! My family has been to Chuck E Cheeses all over the country and this is by far one of the nicer ones. Our hostest Eli was on point and so sweet. The general manager was welcoming and attentive throughout the whole party. We ended up staying so much longer and they continued to take care of us!! Highly recommend for any age birthday party at this location!!!
There was also a cockroach crawling on the table my son and I were eating at! Told managment and he said they have a service who takes care of bugs...Idk...
Its not like it was when I was a kid.
Just doing the review to get out there what I observe and how unfair I find it for a business to falsify surveys ... Especially in front of guests smh. It's shady.
I did a store tour here good games good pizza this CEC is home to a 1 stage with a turn table there are no skytubes and they use play passes if you have any kids I recommend you to bring them here I have no complaints and the managers where totally cool! I rather take your kids on a weekday it's less crowded! Thanks for reading and have a nice day
They just hang out, on their phones. Hang out sitting at tables, or standing near the pizza area in the back talking. They have friends come and hang out like its a hang out.
I do know my son loves this place too much for me to not go here... I do find if you go on their website you can get better deals than going here and picking what they have on the boards...
3 stars bc I find it unprofessional for employees and management together to fill out the surveys located on the unwanted receipts of guests.
