I stopped for dinner with my daughter. We split a primo sized sub and it was plenty for the both of us. They were happy to put the extra toppings one half of it, which was great. My daughter, age 3, only want ham and cheese and nothing else. It tasted great and everything was very fresh.

I'm writing this review as I wait. Great quality food but I don't know why it takes so freaking long to make a sandwich. I would account for them having to slice the meats per sandwich / if its even busy but everytime I'm in there it's empty. I wait about 15 to 20 minutes. As I wait, there are always a couple of people who come in after I do who get their sandwiched before I do. My orders are never complicated i always order the sandwich as is minus onions.

Some of the best hoagies I've ever had. The meat and cheese are high quality, and their pickles are delicious. Their rewards program is excellent, with lots of good deals including a buy one, get one free birthday deal.

Today I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and the woman working at the counter said it would take 10 minutes which I was ok with. I also ordered a cold turkey sandwich. I waited 21 minutes for two sandwiches. I opened the buffalo chicken sandwich once I got it and it was just barely warm. Why was i waiting so long today? Employees were too busy talking and flirting with each other.

To the owners : Hire and train better employees! You're going to lose money hiring teenagers who just stand around and flirt with each other. Making sandwiches is not a hard job.

They have the best subs. The meats and cheeses they use are the best I have ever had. Try something new your first couple visits you will eventually find something you love that you can't live without.

Today was my second visit to Primo and my wifes first visit since moving to PA. With her being pregnant we wanted to make sure we got a hot sub for her and ordered a sub off the "hot subs" small menu. We waited quite a while and when we got both of our subs, her sub was not hot. Confused we asked what happened? The lady informed us that its supposedly a spicy (I guess?) sub, not a actual "hot" sub. They gladly remade her sandwich and even let us keep the other sub. Shortly into our meal one of the workers brought out some hot meatballs (free) for us to try - which we gladly did. To top it off they even threw in some free coupons and fresh rolls to take home as well.

As other customers have stated it takes a little bit for your sub, but they are well worth the wait!! We will definitely be back!
