The staff at Trek Bicycle Lancaster were very friendly and knowledgeable. It made buying a new Trek a fantastic experience and I am planning to returning in the future.
trek makes nice bikes but if and when something needs to be fixed take it somewhere else these guys are horrible
From the minute I was greeted at the door to the service technician Collin performing a much needed bike checkup to the cashier during my purchase I felt at home. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this shop and will definitely make a return visit.
