I dealt with Matt via an online order. These guys are great - expert and friendly service, with unbeatable deals offered from time to time. I came in about a year prior, to test ride some of the rare Evil and Yeti bikes, and these guys know their stuff in the MTB world. They're not just some big-box shop, the guys are super core riders and you can tell by how many trips they take to Whistler. In addition to a small store and expert repair shop, they apparently are big into online retail as well. I'll definitely be back - thanks guys!
When it comes down to it, you are likely to find some of the lowest of prices at Worldwide Cyclery, but even if you find something for a couple dollars cheaper somewhere else, buying from Worldwide Cyclery is worth it for their customer service alone. They are unparalleled in reliability and customer satisfaction. Such a nice, genuine, and passionate group of people.
Outstanding bike shop with a uniquely clever and friendly attitude toward their customers (their funny emails just crack me up). Nothing but great things to say about this place and more importantly, the guys who take extreme pride and passion in what they do. Any time I need I new part or item, Worldwide Cyclery is almost always the first and last place I look. They usually have great deals going on and carry a ton of products. I have had to exchange a stem and a set of bars due to my own mistake (getting the wrong size), they were excellent and made the process extremely quick and easy, seamless! Free two day shipping on everything? Who doesn’t want that.
In Canada we expect being charged high prices. That’s why finding such a Great selection and pricing along with top notch customer service at Worldwide Cyclery makes me feel so special. It almost makes me want to say sorry to Canadian bike stores. I highly recommend Worldwide.
