An excellent experience! I found them online searching for a battery for my '87 Mercedes 560sl, and Batteries+Bulbs comes up. I ordered it on their website Saturday evening and picked it up first thing Sunday morning. They opened at 9 am on a Sunday and I received an email it was ready at 9:10am. Great price to begin with, they honored my coupon, then gave me a $15 refund for my old battery (okay that's pretty standard) but then they filled out the rebate coupon for me for an additional $10. They couldn't have done more short of installing it in the car! I will definitely be back.

I was quoted $97 for key fob and programing.
I took my iPad 4 in to have the screen repaired after scheduling an appointment. The screen was not an easy repair and took a technician a few attempts to reseal the device. The tech determined that the battery needed to be replaced to get the screen to seal, so they replaced the battery. They assisted in the repair and communicated throughout the repair with me. The manager Lenny is top-notch, and was focused on quality work and excellent customer service! Lenny made sure that my device was taken care of for me and that it was perfect upon return, and even delivered it to my work! Lenny and his team did a phenomenal job and their customer service was superb, I will definitely be back soon!
I drove about 20 miles because it way cheaper than the dealership. When I got there he said he had the wrong price. It's actually $149 for the key and he will do the programing no charge.
Awesome service! I own my own business and my phone is my lifeline when communicating with my customers. So when I broke it mid afternoon I needed to get it fixed that night. The gentleman at the store were super understanding and managed to fit me in last minute right before closing. Half an hour later I was walking out with my phone working great. I'd recommend it to anyone!
This Batteries Plus Bulbs store is REMARKABLE! I had an awesome experience and I recommend this store to everyone. Caleb made a gallant effort to repair my aging Kindle. And although he was unsuccessful (part no longer available), we had great fun working through the issues together. I tip my hat to you, and to the best Batteries Plus Bulbs store on the planet. Then... a few days later I get a call with an apology! He said he would refund the difference! Wow! Very outstanding!
Disappointed, but I think it might be a little cheaper than the dealer wanted even tho I had 4x as far to drive.
