I have been using Nu Wave as my brick and mortar Sprint store for years and they have always been helpful. They take their time to understand your account and phone needs.
Amazing service! For how busy of a location this is, they are extremely helpful and courteous. Becca and Greg know their stuff and couldn't be nicer. Plus Sprint's rates are great. Ask them about a free tablet! I love mine.
This place was amazing as was the Park City one that sent me! And Becca you rock!!! She stayed on the phone helping me with my awful predicament forever. DO NOT GO TO COVERED BRIDGE DRIVE STORE! The guy lied to me about how my phone would be turned in, told me they didn't have a way to transfer info from android to Apple (lies! Becca did it in minutes) and he was condescending and racist to an older gentleman that came in to look at chargers then dropped the F bomb in front of my daughter and I to another customer under his breath. Yeah we hear it but not at a place of business. Drive the extra miles and go to this store or PC. Skip the other.
Never a bad experience here at Nu-Wave Sprint on Fruitville in Lancaster. Greg helped me out as I was upgrading my phone from a Galaxy S5 to S8 - very friendly and personable as he laid out all the details and options that I had and could go with. The other staff was extremely welcoming as well, and despite two or three other customers in the store simultaneously, there was almost no wait time in between them walking in and being assisted.
Rebecca was very helpful with my issue. Although it was a pretty simple one, she was very pleasant and made sure I was well taken care of. I recommend this sprint store to anyone, they will take good care of You! Thanks becca!
