Boring they didn't do anything, I had a stress test scheduled an they didn't even do it. Didn't help.
When I checked in they told me the doctor was AN HOUR behind. I would have much rather preferred a phone call and I would have gladly rescheduled. Then they went to check if we could be seen sooner, so they said 40 min. I understand that things happen so we decided to wait, but to get there at 2:30 and STILL not be seen by 4pm was a bit much, needless to say we left without my daughter getting the care needed for her breathing issues. The staff were very nice but I would've appreciated a better resolution.
I have taken my child to this location twice now for allergy testing. The first time was a couple of years ago and from what I remember it went well. However, this time we recently went, it was fantastic. We had one of the first appointments in the morning (highly recommend!) and thanks to a snowstorm a couple days before, it wasn't busy at all. The staff is wonderful, and Kim Frankhouser was so friendly and knowledgeable. We've had her several times, and she's always just as wonderful. They had coloring pages and new crayons for kids, the room we were in was fun and interesting for my 3 year old, and after the test and appointment was over, she got to pick out prizes from a box they had of craft bags, kid jewelry and stuffed animals. Despite getting prodded and tested, my daughter had a great time at this doctor appointment! Thank you!
The office staff are very friendly and patient with the kids. The doctors are also very good, but the main issue I have is that the doctors consistently run behind. I don't mind 15 or 20 minutes, but last time it was near an hour and a half before he was seen. Keeping a toddler busy for that amount of time is stressful and unpleasant. By the time he gets back there he's frustrated and cranky. He's so bored and tired he refuses to cooperate. My advice: do NOT forget the snacks and the cell phone or tablet.
