Absolutely terrible service. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait and waited more than 30 minutes. We were finally sat but the host sat us in a section with no waiter. After 20 minutes of waiting to order we were about to say something when a waiter noticed and took our order for us. Food was terrible and very dirty inside. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location or any other anytime soon.
This is a review for 9/23/17 at approx 5:45PM. As a regular here, I am generally pleased with how it is. However this time I feel the need to write a review. We were seated quickly and it took about 10-15 minutes for our server to greet us(We should have left at this point like we planned) After we placed our drink order it took another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive to the table. After another 10 minutes we placed our order. Approx an hour after we placed our order, the server comes out with our food hands everyone their dishes and looks at me and goes. "Oh, I'm sorry I forgot we were out of ribs". It took me asking another waitress for my bill for the manager to even realize something was wrong and to make an appearance(every other time I have been here a manager has come to the table and asked how everything was). The manager then offered 50% off of our bill. When the bill came back it was only $7 cheaper than the original bill. It is a good thing I looked at the bill to notice this as apparently they have no idea how their machines work. This was a poor display all around aside from being seated quickly. Highly disappointed. At this point, would not recommend until staff is trained properly.
Waited at the front for 5 minutes to be seated by a rude busboy who didn't say two words to us. Waitress stopped caring once we told her we were only getting drinks and an appetizer. Not coming back.
Wow... remember when Friday's was known for personable bartenders? Yeah, well those days are LONG gone, at least here. Sat for nearly 5 minutes without even being acknowledged, bar had about 12 people sitting around it. Whoever was working as "service bartender" was wearing a ratty tank top, yelling at servers, and picking up fruit, smelling it, then making a face and instead of throwing it away, just put it back in fridge. This franchise should be ashamed of themselves.
Very dirty inside. Ordered a NY strip and it was cold and fatty and looked nothing like the picture. Waste of money to say the least.
